These Terms govern the use of AstralQ (the "Service"), operated by HatchEcom, LLC. By connecting your Amazon account and using the Service, you ("the Seller") agree to these Terms.
AstralQ combines the data from your Amazon account (via Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API) and provides analytics, operational event detection and recommendations. The Service does not modify data in your Amazon account; it is read-only with respect to Amazon, except for actions you execute directly on Amazon.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the Amazon account you connect and are entitled to authorize third parties to access your data. The connection is made through Login with Amazon and may be revoked at any time.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and the following Amazon policies, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form a binding part of them:
You will not use the Service to breach agreements with Amazon, for prohibited practices, or to process data in a manner inconsistent with the DPP. Breach of these policies constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Your account data belongs to you. AstralQ processes it solely to provide you the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AstralQ offers a 7-day free trial with full API access. After the trial, current plans and prices are shown in the Pricing section of the home page (currently: Seller from 199 USD/mo, Seller + Ads from 299 USD/mo, Pro from 399 USD/mo, all in USD with monthly billing).
Payment is made by the methods indicated when the plan is enabled. You may cancel anytime; revoking the Amazon authorization stops data ingestion. Any material price change is notified at least 30 days in advance.
The retention, processing and deletion of Seller data is governed by our Privacy Policy , including the 30-day window for deletion requests and 90 days for backup copies.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HatchEcom is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or business decisions made based on the Service. Recommendations are advisory and do not constitute professional advice.
You may cancel access at any time by revoking authorization in Seller/Vendor Central. HatchEcom may suspend the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or Amazon's policies.
We may update these Terms; we will notify material changes and the update date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to compliance with Amazon's policies.
